1. Acceptance of the Terms
By making a reservation through our official website, the integrated booking engine, by telephone or WhatsApp, the guest expressly and unconditionally accepts the terms, conditions and policies described in this document.
2. Rates, Prices and Taxes
- Price Transparency: All rates published on our official website are net prices and include applicable taxes (Value Added Tax - VAT and Lodging Tax - ISH).
- Currency: Prices are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN).
- Guarantee and Payment: All reservations require advance payment or credit/debit card details as a guarantee to be confirmed.
- Payment Methods: We accept electronic transfers (SPEI), bank deposits, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and cash payments directly at reception.
3. Arrival and Departure Times (Check-In / Check-Out & FLEX33)

4. Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Cancellations more than 5 days in advance: A 100% refund of the amount paid applies.
- Cancellations within the preceding 5 days (before 3:00 PM on the arrival day): A 50% refund applies.
- Cancellations on the arrival day (after 3:00 PM) or no-shows: No refund applies.
- Early Departures: Unscheduled departures before the original check-out date will not result in any refund.
5. Special Services: Transfers (VUELA33) and Extended Parking (ESTACIONA33)
- Early-Morning Transfers (VUELA33): Transfer service to Guadalajara International Airport is subject to prior availability, vehicle capacity and explicit confirmation when booking. It is not a regular public transport service or a 24/7 transportation service.
- Parking and Extended Parking (ESTACIONA33): Parking at the hotel is free only during the nights the guest is staying. Guests who need to leave their vehicle after check-out while travelling will be charged an additional fixed rate of MXN 100.00 per night, subject to space availability. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left inside vehicles.
6. Promotional Programs and Coupons
Promotional codes (DIRECTO33, SEMANA33, MES33, EMPRESA33) apply exclusively to direct reservations made through the official website. They cannot be combined with one another or with other active promotions.
7. House Rules and Conduct
- Pets: We accept dogs and cats, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. The additional fee is MXN 99 per pet per stay.
- Smoke-Free Areas: Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and enclosed hotel areas. Failure to comply will result in a penalty equivalent to the cost of deep cleaning and taking the room out of service.
- Property Damage: Any damage to furniture, linens or hotel infrastructure will be charged directly to the registered guest before departure.
8. Electronic Invoicing (CFDI)
Guests or companies requiring a tax invoice must request it at reception upon check-out or send their current Tax Status Certificate (CSF) and intended CFDI use to hotelmexhicco33@gmail.com within the same month as their stay.
