Do you offer airport transfers?
Get free one-way transportation to the airport from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. (Outside these hours, the cost is MXN 300). Book in advance.
What are the arrival times and FLEX33 options?
Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. FLEX33 offers early arrival or late departure from MXN 200, subject to availability.
Can you issue an invoice?
Yes, immediate invoicing. Net rates include VAT and lodging taxes.
Are corporate rates available?
Yes: EMPRESA33 volume rates, SEMANA33 (7+ nights, 5%) and MES33 (28+ nights, 20%). Not combinable.
Can you store my luggage?
Yes, at reception before check-in or after check-out.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 5 days before check-in: 100% refund. Within the prior 5 days and before 3 PM on arrival day: 50%. From 3 PM on arrival day or no-show: no refund.

Are pets allowed?
We accept dogs and cats, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. The additional fee is MXN 99 per pet per stay.
