To provide accommodation, reservations and additional services, we may collect the following personal data:
- Identification and Contact Data: Full name, telephone (landline or mobile), email address, home address and official photo identification (INE or passport) for check-in.
- Financial or Asset Data: Credit/debit card details (cardholder, number, expiration date and security code) solely for processing payments, deposits or reservation guarantees.
- Tax Invoicing Data: Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), legal business name, Tax Status Certificate, tax address and intended CFDI use.
3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
a) Primary Purposes (Necessary to provide the service):
- Manage, process, confirm and guarantee your accommodation reservations at MEXHICCO33.
- Register guests in person (check-in / check-out) and verify identity.
- Charge for services, process payments and issue electronic invoices (CFDI).
- Coordinate additional services such as transfers (VUELA33) or extended vehicle parking (ESTACIONA33).
- Respond to questions, corporate agreement requests (EMPRESA33) and support before and after your stay.
b) Secondary Purposes (Optional):
- Send promotional newsletters, discount announcements or special rates for returning customers.
- Conduct service-quality evaluations and satisfaction surveys.
If you do not want your data processed for secondary purposes, you may email hotelmexhicco33@gmail.com stating your refusal.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
MEXHICCO33 does not sell, rent or trade your personal data with third parties. Your data may only be shared without your consent in the cases exempted by Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, such as:
- Technology infrastructure providers essential to hotel operations (such as the Reservatio booking engine and PMS).
- Formal requests from competent tax or public security authorities.
5. Exercise of ARCO Rights and Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to know what personal data we hold (Access), request its correction (Rectification), cancellation of records (Cancellation), or object to its use for specific purposes (Opposition).
To exercise your ARCO rights, you must send a written request to hotelmexhicco33@gmail.com including:
- The data subject's name and an email address for the response.
- A legible copy of valid official identification.
- A clear description of the data for which you wish to exercise an ARCO right.
